Lloyd True
Lloyd True Jr is the founder of LTJ and has been managing OSHPD projects for over 20 years as an Architect/ IOR. Mr. True is a licensed Architect, an "A" Licensed HCAI Inspector, California Licensed General & Mechanical Contractor, and a LEED Accredited Professional. Lloyd was the Lead IOR for the Children's Hospital Los Angeles 460,000 sq. ft. new patient tower which achieved patient occupancy in 2012. He is currently the Lead IOR for the new 175,000 sq. ft. new Hospital at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center which is scheduled to be completed last quarter of 2022.
Jaime Henard
Jaime has over 20 years in the construction industry. Mr Henard has worked on the contractors side as a superintendent as well as a Project Manager. This experience gives him an appreciation for the hurdles that are encountered on an HCAI project and a unique view on solutions. Jaime is currently an "A" licensed IOR and is Inspector of record on several projects in North LA.
William Ortiz
William is a new and welcome addition to the LTJ team. He is a licensed IOR and specializes in framing, ratings, mechanical and plumbing. William has several ICC certifications including but not limited to: CWI welding inspector, Bolting, Concrete and monokote. William has been an inspector for 8 years and is part of the LTJ team on the new tower at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center.
Nick Sylvain
Nick Sylvain is a new addition to LTJ and comes from a good solid background as a special inspector. Nick currently holds several ICC certifications including but not limited to: Fireproofing, concrete, soils, nuke gauge and steel. Nick is a licesned HCAI IOR and is part of the inspection team at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center.
John Wishard
Jaime has over 20 years in the construction industry. Mr Wishard is currently providing IOR services for the new tower at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center. John provides Fire stop penetration and head of wall inspections for the life safety protion of the project. John is also a med gas inspector and provides additional coverage with Eddie Barnes.
Eddie (Fast Eddie) Barnes
Eddie Barnes has over 50 years experience in the construction industry. He was the president of local pipe fitters union 250 for 9 years and a business agent for 4 years. He was southern regional director of the State Building Trades and has been a Med Gas IOR for 20 years.
